“I’ve been living in Stonebriar for about 1 month now, and I absolutely love it! I worked with Julia in the office who has been amazing! She is so nice and always has an answer for my questions. Her prompt responses have been very helpful. On my move in day, she started my walkthrough with me, and showed me how to submit my move in inspection. There were only a few minor things that needed touching up, and they came quickly to have them done. With great communication there as well, I can see us living here for a long time Thank you Julia!”

“My washing machine's fill valve malfunctioned at 8pm yesterday, leaving me with an inch or two of standing water in my laundry room within minutes. I called the emergency maintenance request line and received a call back within the minute. The emergency crew was out within the hour to extract the water and start the drying process. They were in and out within 30 minutes, very fast at what they do. The regular maintenence crew came out the next day (today) and fixed the washer completely, it is running like brand new! It was a very intense situation that could have been made worse from subpar management, but everything turned out very well due to the prompt action that the complex took. People tend to leave reviews only when something goes wrong or when they're unhappy, but here's a review from someone who had a totally positive experience all around despite the bad situation. Thank you, Stonebriar, for making me a priority and getting the work done on time! I've been here 6 months now and this is the first thing that has needed maintenance in my 1b/1ba unit. Everything else has been perfect so far!”
